We have the capabilities to teardown, test, inspect, repair, overhaul, and certify high demand rotables for your commercial, regional, and business aircraft. Through innovative upgrades our facility has become recognized worldwide within the aviation industry.

TEARDOWN
Setnix teardown center takes care when disassembling delicate aircraft subsystems. We go the extra mile to ensure we give our customers the ability to yield as much material and value possible from their assets.
TEST
Our state-of-the-art testing center allows our technicians to test Accessories to determine airworthiness and formulate the appropriate work scope for our customers’ needs. We can test everything from Electrical Power to Pneumatic components to make sure you can rely on them when it really counts.
INSPECT
Our highly trained Inspectors are proficient in continued time and zero-time inspections. Our team uses coordinate measurement machines with error less than one thousandths of an inch to measure contours, curves, and other complex geometries. We also can perform Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) and Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) to check for abnormalities invisible to the naked eye.
REPAIR
Setnix brand new machine shop gives us cutting edge quality with the power of computers. We utilize CNC and CAM technology on Curvic Grinders, 5-axis Mills, and vertical turning centers to achieve the highest precision technologically possible. With the ability to perform most of our repairs in house we have the capability to get your aircraft parts back in the sky as quickly as possible.
OVERHAUL
We go the extra mile to communicate with our customers through the overhaul process to be as transparent as possible every step of the way. We pride ourselves in our ability to overhaul components others would replace, creating a cost-efficient solution for our customers.
