Our state-of-the-art testing center allows our technicians to test Accessories to determine airworthiness and formulate the appropriate work scope for our customers’ needs. We can test everything from Electrical Power to Pneumatic components to make sure you can rely on them when it really counts.
Our highly trained Inspectors are proficient in continued time and zero-time inspections. Our team uses coordinate measurement machines with error less than one thousandths of an inch to measure contours, curves, and other complex geometries. We also can perform Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) and Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) to check for abnormalities invisible to the naked eye.
Setnix brand new machine shop gives us cutting edge quality with the power of computers. We utilize CNC and CAM technology on Cuvic Grinders, 5-axis Mills, and vertical turning centers to achieve the highest precision technologically possible. With the ability to perform most of our repairs in house we have the capability to get your aircraft parts back in the sky as quickly as possible.
